In memory of his son Harvey, Mark Webster and ManHealthCIC will be hosting a special event to provide support and camaraderie for those affected by this tragic loss.
On July 18, 2023, the hashtag #RIPHarvey became a trending topic on Twitter, causing widespread concern and confusion. Initially, the hashtag referred to a Kentucky radio personality who had passed away, but the trend resurfaced in June when it was mistakenly used in relation to Kentucky once again.
To dispel any further misinformation, comedian and television host Steve Harvey took to Twitter to clarify that the trend had nothing to do with him. He wrote, "Seeing #RIPHarvey trending and it's not for me... Whew! I'm still here, baby!"
The original #RIPHarvey hashtag was used to honor a beloved Kentucky sports fanatic who had unfortunately passed away. His fans and followers expressed their condolences and shared memories of his passion for sports and his unwavering support for his community.
In the wake of the hoax, Mark Webster, a close friend of the late Harvey, announced a special event in his memory. In collaboration with ManHealthCIC, they will be hosting a gathering where people can come together to remember Harvey, share their stories, and offer support to one another.
